Creating a portal account does not make the quote request work. It has already been sent, whether or not you choose to register.

When you want online access, register using the email you gave with your quote request. Then you can keep garden information together.

The portal is designed for customers who prefer to see updates online. It can show sent quotes, signed quotes, requested booking dates, invoices, visit information and messages. You can keep using normal phone or email contact if that suits you better.

Do I need an account to get a quote?
No. When you submit the website quote request, it is received without a portal account. An account is optional and can be created afterwards if you would like online access.
Which email should I use?
Use the same email address you gave when you requested a quote. That is the simplest way for your account and garden information to be connected correctly.
What if I do not want an online account?
That is fine. You can still make a quote request and communicate about your garden work by the contact method you choose.
