Tell me the house
Postcode, how I get in, what must stay tidy for arrivals, and whether waste can be left or should go.
Holiday homes · Minehead & the coast
Second homes, lets and houses that sit empty between guests. Same pair of hands each visit. You get the day, not a clock time. You do not need to be in.
What this is
I cut the lawn, shape the hedge, clear leaves and keep the front looking as if someone lives there. I am not an alarm responder, a cleaner, or a 2am locksmith. Access notes and a side-gate code are enough for most houses.
Guests arriving on a Friday to a month of growth is a review you do not need. A Wednesday on the Minehead book stops that.

Usually Wednesday. You get the day, so I can shuffle order without a phone call every week.

Photos live in Your garden if the owner wants a login. Agents can just have them on WhatsApp.
I would rather take on three houses on streets I already drive than one isolated plot at the far end of Exmoor. If you look after a handful in Minehead or Dunster, send the list.
No. Most regular customers are out. A working side gate or a code in the notes is enough. If a neighbour holds a key, say so once.
Yes. The owner can use Your garden for quotes, the next day and photos. The agent can stay on WhatsApp or email. I do not invent a second login for paper people who do not want one.
That is when gardens slip. A fortnightly or monthly look through the quiet months costs less than a March clearance before the first booking. Hedges and leaf clears sit on the same Wednesday.
Yes if the house is on those rounds — Mondays Taunton, Fridays Bridgwater. The coast is the usual ask because that is where the empty houses are.
A postcode, a photo and who to invoice. I send a number. If it is a straightforward lawn I can often put the first visit on the next right Wednesday without a site meeting.
Postcode, access, and whether guests are in this week. I reply myself.
