A straightforward explanation of what is collected when you ask about garden work.
The short version
When you request a quote, create a customer account or arrange work, we use the details you provide to reply, understand the garden, plan visits and communicate about quotes, bookings and payments. We do not sell your personal information. No account is needed to request a quote.
Quote requests+
Name, phone, email, address, postcode, the work, visit preferences and notes help us answer and plan.
Optional photos+
Garden pictures help explain the work and access. They are optional wherever the form says so.
Customer accounts+
If you use the portal, it shows quotes, bookings, invoices, messages and visit history for your garden.
How long information is kept+
We keep quote and customer information for as long as it is needed to manage the service and keep appropriate business records. If you ask us to delete information, we will review the request.
